Charged me after I cancelled their service. Ripoff

I cancelled AOL and 6 months later received a collection agency notice were they charged me for four more months of service. We have called back numerous times and they claim we did use the service and they will not help us. We absolutely did not use the service.

We had gotten rid of our computer. We pay our bills and paid AOL for many years but we will not pay something we did not use.
