Fraudulent business practice, unauthorized charges Ripoff

A 'free' trial sample (just pay shipping and hand over your bank info) from a company utilizing the anonmity of the web to steal money from customers. I tried the product LeanRx, just one of many of Genix Labs weight control products, and cancelled my order two years ago. Now, all of a sudden, this company is charging my account again for products I haven't ordered, nor received. Contacting the company is a joke—their website is "under contstruction" and emails to their customer support are returned by the mailer daemon. Phone calls go round and round in automated phone land, and eventually you are hung up on. My bank is even giving me difficulty with this one—saying because I have done business with them previously, I have to contact the company. I have tried that—no luck.
