Took out too much money Ripoff

I called Wachovia because a company too money out of my account without my permission. The company told me I had to fill out an statement of Disputed transaction. I filled out the paperwork and faxed to Wachovia. They put in a provisional amount as they call in and then took it out again. I called Eric West he worked in the disputed department and told him of what had happened. He told me that he would correct the problem. I told him that I spoke with Jenny Operator #5324 and that the company would put the money back in my accoun in 5-15 days. I also told him that she gave me a bank reference # 1165528009013153. But when I checked my account I saw that the 149.95 was taken out and then put back in, again taken out and put back in and then again taken out and put back in. When I notified the back and told them about the problem that I was never actually credited the $149.95 because all the transactions cancelled themselved out and actually the amount was $0 that I was refunded. They told me that I needed to go the the back that their screen showed something different. He then told me that I could speak with Mrs. Jenny Kirby, who was really rude. She told me that I didn't know what I was talking about or what I was seeing on the screen. I asked how so because this is a copy of my account from your website www.wachovia.com. They also said that they sent out a letter and I didn't respond to it and it was my fault because I didn't receive the letter. So I asked how so, when I did not receive it. Then Mr. West said it must be the mail system. I called the branch where I opened my account and spoke with Mrs. Lea Billings. She said that she saw what I was talking about but when she placed me on hold and came back on the telephone she stated: "I spoke with my manager and she told me that they did everything correct in the disputed department. I wish you could come into the branch office and see what I see. If anyone has any input I would greatly appreciate it. I think the best thing to do is to close this account and never use Wachovia bank for anything.
