Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing incomplete order but charged

I ordered on 12/04/06 three Peter Petrie Egg Separators for Christmas gifts. I only received one package with one inside but my visa card was charged with the total amount of 12.99 a piece for a total of 47.13. I have been unable to contact the company at this time. The phone number is just a recording telling us to go to email address. I have sent at least 10 emails to the address and have not received the courtesy of a reply or call. This dishonesty is bad for the website purchasing. I will be very hesitant in ordering on line again because of this. The Account number on the receipt is 314814. I checked with the UPS department and only one package was left.
