PiccoZ remote Helicopter doesn't work at all - company ignores complaints

We ordered my son the Picco Z tiny remote control Helicopter for around 50.00 for Christmas and it came in totally dead and unworking. We have tried to email and call, but all attempts have gone ignored. We have since heard from others that their Picco Z's are fake and they are a known scam company. We are now beginning to feel like we got taken.

If they prove me wrong, I will report to let it be known. I have seen 3 recent complaints from others on this company, so I'm not holding my breath. Too bad when it involves heartbroken kids.
