This is a complete scam!!! I ordered 2 halloween costumes that I never recieved, was charged for the full amount of the order and was never refunded although they said they would! I have sent over 15 emails and have only recieved auto responses back. I even sent a typed letter threatning to take legal action if I wasn't refunded ASAP. That was about a month ago and have still not recieved anything from them! Something needs to be done about this. There are too many people that have been ripped off by this horrible company!!
