Serious ripoff a total scam

After looking through your files and seeing the numerous complaints against this Company, I cannot help but wonder how they can still be in business. I did ask to have a brochure sent out to me, I looked it over, decided I was not interested in what they had, quite frankly it looked like a complete scam to me. I never spoke to anyone from their company, nor did I ever recieve an email from them regarding future charges to my credit card. I would think that if you never call, never start up on their program, it would indicate to them that you are not interested. Not to these rip-off artists, they just go ahead and bill you for something you don't want, and did not use. After I noticed I had been billed for $49.95, I went back and took another look at their info, sure enough, way on the bottom of a information card is the trial offer, but they make it sound as though you need to contact a trainer to get started, therefore in my mind, I never got started, nor did they make an effort to contact me to get me started. This company is pure and simple a bunch of thieves. They can of course prove me wrong and refund my money.
