Rip-off, Dishonesty in Business Creve COeur MO

Doxy Lingerie ripped us off too and I sent them maybe 10 e-mails but I only got 2 or 3 answers. Also I filed a complaint to BBB but I haven't got any result yet. I don't understand how this company is doing business. They're still sending me e-mails about new clothes even though they haven't sent the ones I bought 3 months ago! I hope they go out of business soon because I regret the day I shopped from that website.
