On Saturday December 9 I purchased a computer server from www.globalcomputer.com. The Server was 1299.00 plus I paid overnight shipping an extra $146.00. I Understood based upon there website that the server would not go out till Monday for me to receive it on Tuesday.

On Monday Morning I have contacted Global to get a tracking number for my shipment. I was told they cannot provide me with a tracking number because they haven't processed my order due to my "Bank of America Debit" card is an international credit card that needs more time too verify. I contacted my bank and asked if I was charged and they responded that there is an authorization for $1446.21 pending from global computer on the card.

I immediately contacted global and told that my card was charge and it's not an international card as they said it was. Next the story was that they can't ship it because the item is not in stock, strange there website said "in stock" ships with in 24 hr's.

Ok since they don't have that one on Monday I have spoke to a sales person and changed my order based on his opinion to an item he said was in stock and is able to send it to me overnight. He checked with his warehouse and everything is in stock so I said going ahead and send that one to me over night. I needed this system for a client of mine.

Tuesday came along contacted global to get a tracking number, they can't provided because of my credit debit card has a problem again and that they are trying to process it again, mind you that they have a $1446.00 authorization already and trying to get another authorization for $1420.00 all of this going out of my bank account.

Tuesday afternoon I was told that I will have the server on Wednesday. Wednesday came no tracking info or shipment. The system that I changed is no longer in stock. I asked to speak with a supervisor; I was told that the supervisor doesn't want to speak with me. And that the he told his sales person to cancel my order and not to do any business with me.

Because of this run around I have lost my client and lusted business. Lost time and could not get another order going from another company do to the credit authorization that will go back to my account next week sometime. This business practice is wrong. No phone call backs as promised from the managers of this company.
