I purchased Revolution, which is flea medicine for cats from this company on September 14th. I thought I was purchasing from a company here in the USA, that is just a cover or mail forward. This company-PetCareDirect is actually in Australia. They steal your money and never deliver you product.

II have had no responses to my many phone calls, emails, letters and such. The Better Business told me they had the same problem when they tried to contact them on my behalf. And the Victoria Consumer Affairs in Australia reported the same thing.
