Ripoff Won't deliver two CD's I have ordered totaling $50.00

Back around I ordered the Art of Renoir CD from Cass Design Software and they sent it. It cost $24.95. However, after a few years, the cover wore off and it wouldn't load anymore.

So, in I paid for another one @ $24.95. I never received it. I emailed Andy Cass @ Cass Design.com but they never sent it.

In I took a chance and ordered it again. Same result. I have email after email saying they are going to send it and they never do.

So I contacted the Attorney General of Austin, Texas and gave him the info plus both order numbers. He gave me an address of a division of the F.B.I. That investigates Internet fraud. And that's what this is. My first non-delivered order in 2004 starts with 10774. My second starts with 11596. Since there are 10 digits in the order, imagine how many people have never received their CD's besides me?

Andy Cass is no longer listed as an available email option so maybe he's doing time in prison. If not, I hope he is soon.
