Ripoff No payments from this company for 4 months after finishing my design work

Hello,

I worked for this company on some freelance design project and after completing the project I had to wait 3 months to get my payment.

Earlier before finishing my payment then told me that they will pay me after 30 days, which is this company's policy. For which I said "OK" to. But after 3 months and making 100s of phone calls, no one would tell me when will I get my payment. Even I got a email from CEO Jon Frank, but he also couldn't give me a payment date.

After lodging a complaint with Minnesota Attorney general's office, I got paid within 3 days.

So beware of this company. I am going to post my experience in all the business websites and also in Minnesota Business sites. It's already been sent to BBB.

I just don't want anyone getting frustrated with this company as I did.
