Checksinthemail.com Or citm.com Unable to provide one write checks that transfer to their ledger sheets

I ordered one write checks. They arrived without a "carbon" strip on the back of the checks and were a different size than what I've used for 30 yrs.
I called them and sent samples of my checks and ledger sheets. They said I needed their ledger sheets to fit their checks so I ordered them.

They sent replacement checks and the new ledger sheets. The checks still don't have any info transfer strip that would print on the ledger. I was told "you need to buy our peg board" for them to work, They fit just fine on my present pegboard.

They tried to make me believe their pegboard would cause the checks to transfer the info. I said " if your pegboard was electric and had some effect on the check transfer strip, Id believe you" I can't believe how stupid they think everyone is... I've fooled around with them for a month for nothing. They took my money by ach instantly but can't return it till a check is written and that takes 2 weeks or more.
What a waste of my time
