SCAM ripoff

I never really registered to onlingo. I went throw their registration process but my web browser crashed just before the end of it. I never go a confirmation, what so ever.

Then after a few month i have seen on my bank activity report the each month i was charged for some CD set by onlingo that i never got.

When i called them they told me i had register which is not true. Then they told me that one cd set was send to me (neve got it) one was sent but it returned (they charged me anyways) and then another one is on the way to me and if i want my money back i need to return it by mail.

I told them i never registered and want all my money back.

I would be thankful if somebody knew how to deal with these "a*holes".
Is there a federal office that deal with these issues.
