PLASMANET Or FREELOTTO clarification on the freelotto online gambling ripoff

I am from the Philippines one of the winners of freelotto (according to them!), but I did not respond to their call. They keep on telling me to pay required amounts for me to be able to receive my $1,000, 000.00 prize. I just want to clarify if this company is for real. I really have the doubts on them because of what I've heard from other people mostly negative about them.

I really need somebody to answer my question. For those people out there who really won millions, please tell me if you receive your prize. And if freelotto paid you please tell me how to claim the prize money.
