Ripoff charged my credit card without service or product rendered

Today, 12/1/06, I discovered two fraudulent charges to my credit card. One from Privacymatters and the other from Shoppingessentials. I have never heard of either of these outfits until today. Neither has ever provided service or product to warrant charge to my credit card.

While researching these swindelers I came across referenced connections to VistaPrint.interestingly, I did do business with VistaPrint about the same time as the bogus charges from the aforementioned bilkers. I believe there has been a crime committed. Any proprietor of internet commerce should take note.
