Ripoff Nonstop invoicing for products not ordered

N.B. Datatech has been invoicing my company for the past six months for products not ordered. I called the company numerous times and they stated my receptionist order the product and that they had a voice recording of her ordering.

I informed them that she is not authorized to order any materials, all ordering is accomplished through a Purchase Order system. I requested to hear the supposed tape. They said that someone would get back to me. They never did, although I left 4 messages requesting to hear it.

I have written them two certified letters, left numerous messages, and all I recieve are invoices and threats to sent my company to collections.
