Rip off, fraud, $3477.57 was promised after one check was canceled, haven't seen it seattle whashington

I was sent a check from Mark Anthony Brands Inc. Online Gambling, I called the company to make sure of the process to take. I then called the phone number on the check, that was supposed to be the banks number. The bank teller that I spoke with assured me that the check was real, and the funds were in the account. I then deposited the check and my bank held it for 7 days, on the 6th day Mark Anthony canceled the check.

I called the company to see why the check was canceled, they didn't have a reason, but assured me another check was sent on the same day, and that I should receive it within 10-14 days. I didn't receive it so Mark Anthony promised to wire the money to me, he didn't not. I then proceeded to call him and ask him why, he acted dumb founded to this idea, needless to say I haven't called him back, but I suppose the police will.
