Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

First they offered a online business kit for $1.95 I put my credit card info to purchase the kit just to have a look. I received kit and went through it. I didn't find anything interested on it. After few days some people called me from this company following up if I was interested, I told them very clearly I was not interested and also requested to take out all my information from their system. After about 3 months they charged my credit card twice $39.95 each. I called them and ask them for what they charged, they told me it was 14 days free trial, after that I would be automatically member of their company. If it was so they could have send me bill, they did not do so. I would know it earlier if they had send me timely bills.

After three or four months they charged my credit card which I used to purchase. I talked them over phone and they were ready to refund only 19.95 out of that. I never signed or agreed for any of their membership plans. Each time I called they give me different company name. Consumer loyalty group, commerce planet, these are the names they have using. It is very obvious rip off.
