Fraudulent lease manipulation will rob me of over $5,000 for useless equipment. Ripoff

Early this year I attempted to start up an internet business. I contacted USA Card Service to facilitate use of credit cards.

They said a credit card device was part of the package. I said I wasn't going to open a walk-in retail store. They said it was part of the package in the event I changed my mind.

They advise me that a four-year lease agreement was required. I said because of my age 78 and potential health problems, I didn't want that kind of a commitment. I was turned over to Paul - a sales supervisor, who said if health problems were to develop, allowance would be made regarding the non-revocable lease.

I naively accepted this although I had nothing but his word.

As if a self full-filling prophesy, a short time later an MRI showed that I had cancer of the throat.
I sent the device back to USA Card Service and called them. They acknowledged receipt of the device but that had nothing to do with the lease that was with A-1 leasing.
