Rip off dishonest billing

Last august 7 th, i sign up for ebay and no charge and they did not say charge $79.95. I got statement bank from envelope then i shock they took my money $79.95 and $5.95. I never receive bill from them for charge also they did not tell me after charge $79.95 later 9 days i found out from bank.
