Beware of Kwimports!

The owner of this company will tell you that he is a solid company but beware after buying an item from Ebay I had received the item and it was as the other people had stated, in a plain package with no padding or bubblewrap and broken. When contacting the store i spoke with a man that answered the phone by saying yea. This does not sound like a solid business anyway when i asked for a refund i was told that it was not their fault and basically too bad. I would not leave a negative on ebay because when several people had complained they got a retalitory negative back which is nothing but low for a seller who rips off buyers. I contacted several people on ebay and got some horror stories. The people at the store are rude, nasty and beligerant. I will never buy fom this seller again and hope that anyone who does has better luck than me. P. S do not listen to the lame rebuttle that the owner leaves it is false and they are nothing but crooks and nasty ones at that.
