Rebate ripoff FRAUDULENT statemet: No invoice receipt packing list submitted

I completed two rebates exactly the same, everything complete. OnRebate accepted one and rejected the other saying:

The following manufacturer requirements were not met:
No invoice/receipt/packing list submitted.

There is no way this could have happened, even accidently given that I performed the exact same steps to two rebates both submitted to OnRebate.

These are people that I am beginning to conclude are bottom dwellers and unable to make good money honestly so they resort to lying and deception...
