Keep on billing after cancellation, say no record of cancellation, cannot log in anymore to cancel again.internet

Subscribed for free trial in February, did not get password from so sent request for password that would work on 2-21-06. Sent me password that never worked, so called number support gave me. Cancelled the subscription. Could not log in to cancel again on line.
Found out they kept billing me. Had Financial Institution stop payment. E-Pro Auction kept billing and refused to give any money back. Charging a debit card as I have no Credit Cards. This allows them to keep billing without authorization because they told Financial Institution that the account is valid and it can be billed automatically. This allows bill payment and then they refuse to refund money.
