My credit card was charged monthly by this ripoff site. I had never visited the site, never heard of it, never signed up, etc. And I continually got charged $10-12/month. I called and demanded my money back. They refunded me in full after I gave them a really hard time. Just keep pushing them and eventually they'll refund you. Don't give in!!
