CuSell - PayPal Clone - Kirby R Manuel
Is A Fraud! Ripoff Fraudulent

On September 26 I ordered Payment Processing Website Script called cuSell from Mr. Manuel. The original cost was $4,300.00 inclusive of the following:

I) Total Package IPS $2500.00 including all addons.
Ii) Custom Programming $1800.00 including 30 hours @ $60/hr.

However, since he he claims to be very busy and that he has to program my work quickly I need to send him a wire transfer Payment right away for $2,000.00. We agreed that I will pay the balance after he finishes the job. He promised to complete the work in 2 weeks!

I never dealt with this person before and because he was very responsive to my questions on the phone and emails, he was even calling me! Is that I trusted him with my money. The second day specifically on the 27th. September I wired $2,000 to his account in the USA. The money was sent to:

He promised to send me a signed copy of a development agreement that I sent him and a high level software development diagram, as soon as he receives the money.

On October 1, Mr, Manuel Kirby confirms that he had received the payment for $2,000.00 and he apologized for the delay in getting back to me. That was the last I heard from Mr. Manuel Kirby. I have sent him numerous emails, phone calls I even see him on MSN but he refuses to chat with me.

Since that time Mr. Manuel did not answer any of my e-mail's, or any of the phone calls.

Since he did not contact me I went on Google and tried to find any information on cuSell Script. I found several Complaints with very much same situation as mine, where people purchased same Script, from same Kirby Manuel and as soon as he received the money, he simply placed his "customers" on ignore list. Or falls off the radar
