Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing, disrespecting their customers

I hired Paramount to SEO my website. They offer a money back garauntee if they can't produce results after 90 days. They have gone past the 90 days and after 6 requests refuse to give my money back. I reported them for fraud at my bank. They told the bank they would work with me. The bank believed them. They still refuse to gvie the money back. They have destroyed the search ratings I already. I have lost close to 15000 visitors to my site. This has probably cost me 6 million in sales. I would love to find an attorney to sue them for damamges but of course I have no money left becuase of the decrease in sales. Their customers service department doesn't think I have the right to be upset. They continue to write emails berating me and my company. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The employee names are Steven, Denis and Catherine. I have sunken to their level and I send horrible emails to them everyday.
