Ripoff, salesman LIARS & thieves, refuse to stand behind the junk they sold me, hp laptop won't run, multiple hardware issues

I bought a laptop from circuit city on 7/15/06. The salesman said it had a PCMCIA slot. I saw the blank that looked like the demo he showed me but when I went to use it today (10/12/06) it was not PCMCIA. The laptop has a number of issues. It has to be started 3-4 times before it will boot. I get memory errors that some blocks can't be read. The sound stops working and it has to be rebooted before it will work again. The mother board must have been installed by and idiot because the ethernet port is partially blocked and you can't plug into it.

It seemed to work fine until about a week ago then started having all sorts of problems. I use this for business. Circuit city said they will not allow me to return it and have a 14 day return policy. They said i had to send it to hp for repair.

I can't be without work while they work on this junk. It a piece of crap and they want to stick me with it. I will never buy anything again from hp or circuit city!
