Ripoff non-responsive fraudulent complete lack of customer service dishonest

I placed an order on Doxy Lingerie on September 19. I have emailed and tried to contact this company at least 5 or 6 times, literally BEGGING for a response back. The company does not respond to emails and after reading all of the consumer complaintss I filed a stop payment with my credit card order. The link they provide to "track" your order does not work, you never recived word back and its downright unacceptable. They can not conduct business this way. All I wanted was a response, but I had to resort to calling my credit card company after repeated failing communications with the company. It is pretty sad that the only way you get your money back is by posting a report on consumer complaints.com or by calling your credit card company yourself. It seemed like a nice trustworthy web site as well.
