TheSoftwareMembersArea - Support@top-softwaredownloads ripoff by offering free" e-mail download called Incredimail on the internet. There was no free option, but I did choose$. 99/mo. $35.00 taken immediately from my acct.internet

Internet & Web

I had used "incredimai" before, and really liked it. I searched the web for"incredimail.com." The above mentioned company appeared offering "free" incredimail.incredimail was free the last time I had it. I kept looking for their "free" option, which never appeared.

There were 3 options. I chose the $. 99 one. I thought I had made a mistake, and RE-entered again. I never confirmed the order. Results? I recieved 2 $35.00 per/mo.incredimail pkg. Confirmations, congradulating me for my order! Their e-mail said "Do not respond to this message." I did finally (I had to "print" their e-mail, then start a new message, adding them to my address book, before I was successful.) Send them an e-mail, with no response.

What happened to the "FREE" offer? How deceptive! I'm presently unemployed and only had $39.00 in the bank! Called Capital One, and they can't do anything about the money they already took! I will never order from the net again, unless they take money orders! Thank you for allowing me to expose this unfair and deceptive internet company.

P.S. They weren't listed in the scroll, by the name they are using presently.
