Ripoff poor quality shirt refused refund didn't follow order form

I contacted them to design a shirt for a birthday. Well, it was a day before the birthday and the shirt that should have been here, wasn't. I contacted them, and they said they had never received the order. Which is a load of bull. So they completed the shirt then, and i had to pay an additional $8 in overnight shipping. FINALLY it came late the next day and as soon as i opened it i was very upset. The image was cloudy, unclear, you couldn't even make out the face. It looked like a blob of paint of the shirt. Then to make matter worse they didn't even match the text colors on the front and back. They were supposed to be gray. But the front was white and the back was gray.

I contacted them they said they wouldn't know if they could return it until they saw it, meaning i had to pay shipping again for them to see it. I did... $11 worth. They promised to e-mail me letting me know. They never did. Finally 4 days after they received it i had to call them. The woman was snippy on the phone and kept placing me on hold over and over. Clearly not knowing what she was doing. Finally they said they wouldn't refund me. I demanded the shirt back... But im still out $40 for a piece of crap that will go immediately into my fireplace.
