They hired me and my company to develop document management software known as profile. I later got to know that the software profile was already being sold in the name of DigiFile by another company in India who has a valid copyright in their name and they are the original authors and owners of the product. Digital Filing Systems was a reseller of Profile which was later known as DigiFile.

After terminating their agreement with the author company, Digital Filing dba Imagetech started selling pirated copies of profile in their own name. They also contacted me to develop the source code of profile from scratch. I was sued by the author in India for copyright violation. Digital Filing Systems dba Imagetech and their parent company lbico.com is a cheat.

Beware of them as they sell pirated software and cheat the authors. Offshore development companies beware as they may contract with you to develop a software owned by someone else.

They are also known for suing the original authors who do not have the money power to fight a long and costly battle in court and using their venture capitalist money power they win the case by hook or by crook.
