I ordered videoprofessors (learn Excell for free) and I got Billed the shipping charges then I got billed $89.95 as soon as i recieved discs. Then I got billed anoyher $5.95 on 9/28/06. I have no idea what for tried to call them but always get computer ansewering say all representives are busy.
