Purchase a poster of the poker brat phil hellmuth for my collection. Money comes out of my account easy enough. I have a bank statement showing it's poster gods who took it.
I recieve no confirmation email and after frequent emails to their 'contact' email address I recieve no reply.
It has been almost 3 weeks. Can't ring the phone line because I live in the UK and have no idea of what sort of charges I would incur on this apparently 'toll free' line.
