Dlswap.com -Europeandl.com Ripoff EU driving license scam will we ever learn

Some months ago I was one of many fools who sent money to a Hungarian bank on the pretext of obtaining an EU driving license through dlswap.com. I was pleased to see them exposed as scam artists along with another company of theirs also mentioned and subsequently closed.
But BEWARE they are back again with the same offers and virtually the same website but with a new direction, EUROPEANDL.com

How many fools will they get this time before being closed down? How many more web-sites can they open with the same scam?
