Ripoff waste of time and loss of money

Unfortunately, I fell for their promises too - I should have known better. When I called to complain about the charges on my account and cancel my membership, all they did was keep putting me on hold. I finally did get them to cancel (I hope... We'll see on my next bank statement!) but no refund was given, even after I complained that they were charging me $49.95 a month, and I was sitting there - right at that moment - looking at their web site where it stated that it was only $29.95 per month! The girl I talked to didn't know what to say, and instead of arguing with her, I said good bye and decided to fight my battle here! I will always advide anyone who asks about this company to steer clear -make a u-turn now.
