Beware of Tedd Davis Jr as his motive of operation is to set up shop in various cities as a technical consultant and then leave town in the middle of the night, stripping the office bare without paying his employees. This is what happened to me as an employee of ICR Tracking Sciences, Inc.in San Diego. This happened while he was working with the San Diego police force on a project.
