Ripoff unauthorized charges to account

This is the second time this company has underhandedly made charges to My bank account without My consent, or knowledge. I've tried to close this account, and have asked them to do so, without success. The latest charge was for $19.50 for something I knew absolutely nothing about. I called the 800 number tht was listed on My statement, and it was actually an automatic verification of said charge. There is nothing on their website which allows You to cancel, or remove Your credit card information. I would strongly recommend avoiding any contact, or dealings with this "sneaky" company.
