I have just been ripped by this guy. I was listing auctions under a guy that was hired by him and he is a victim as well. I didnt know about his name until now, after I have been ripped for over 2K!
Me and the other guy have send emails to Dataline NBC with the same title (BILL BERLIN, FRAUDULENT E-BAY PRACTICES), hoping we can grab their attention and they will come out and investigate it.
If any of you guys have been ripped, please email dateline with the same title. If we do something about this togther, hopefully we can get this guy off the street.
