Company blatantly refuses to hold up their end of the bargain, I'm out an iPod and hundreds of dollars

The owner of TheFreeProject has refused to send me the iPod 30gb 5th Generation that they are obligated to send me. I completed all of the requirements on the site, ipods. Thefreeproject.com, but in the end, the owner, Kirby Fine still refuses. His reasoning is that he received anonymous complaints about my conduct. Meaning, he basically received e-mails saying that I didn't deserve to get the iPod that I spent money on acquiring. He has never shown me any of the e-mails even though I have asked him many times. He even refuses to tell me the details regarding why he put my account on hold. All I want is the iPod that I legitimately earned on his site, and for TheFreeProject to adequately service its customers by owning up to obligations and their Terms and Conditions.
