Credit Card rip[off tried to take 159.95 did not have enough money so i got bounced fees

I found out 2 days ago that my account was negative because something came in for 169.95 i did not have any money in there. I called the police and they could not do anything cause i had no clue where it was from. I went to the bank and they said they could not do anything.
