Ripoff, No refund, Dishonest, Missing part

Ordered & paid for 3 Falcon 250's. When I got them, I didn't get all the parts. Called to get parts sent to me. When I got the parts, what I ask for wasn't in the box.

While wating on the parts, the chain on the only 2 that was running kept coming off, not just once but every 10 mins. The first time one of the chains came off it was because the master link came out. I also order it. I got it 3 weeks later. Good thing I had a spare Falcon 250 that I could get part off of to try to keep the other 2 running.

The next thing to break was the air intake. I can't count the number of times I pushed these 4 wheelers back to my house to fix them.

After weeks of working on them and calling wicked rockets complaning, I told them I was about ready to send them back. The manager said " send them back and we will refund your momey all but 10%". I already knew I could return them because it was on there website.

I boxed them up and shipped them back at my cost. That's when it all started. First they didn't get them. Then they couldn't find the paper work. I had to get all the information and give it to them over the phone before they could find it on there computer.

Now the check is in the mail. Waiting 2week, No check. Called them, they don't why I haven't got my refund. They stop payment on the last check and sent other one. 4 months after sending the 4 wheelers back I still haven't got my refund. Just lies.

I file with the BBB and Attoney Generals office. Wickedrocket's got all the letters but never responded to any of them. Now wickedrock't is on a will not respond list witch doesn't get me my money back. I will be getting an attoney to handle this case. Wicketrocket has my money and my 4 wheeler.
