Ripoff, STAY AWAY!

I order the kit for a $1.95. When I learned of the 14 day trail, I immediately sent them an email to cancel. I only balance my back account about every 2 months. Last night I discovered a charge of $29.95 for the last two months.

I called and spoke to Carrie. She informed me that you can't cancel via email, that you can only cancel by calling. I asked for a refund and was told "no". I told her that I would be posting the company on usacomplaints.com, that I was going to go to my bank and have them reverse charges, and, I asked her for the location of the company so that I could contact the Better Business B. She told me the town was Gleeta, CA, I had her spell it. G-L-E-E-T-A.

I asked her for a confirmation number for my cancellation. She must have been mad as she hung-up on me without giving me one. STAY AWAY! Continue reading the other 14 or so reports. One offers details about other names that this company operates under.
