Ripoff company lies and sells territories is not a registered U.S. Company

This company promised me a territory for 20k and then sold someone 5 blocks away from me for 20K. We are both going after them and have now found out that they are a Canadian company disguised as a U.S. Company, so our lawsuits have to be in a Canadian court. The product does not work as advertised and is a cheap copy, if you will, of a large American brand. When confronted Glen Stroud the so called director of marketing said that we were told this up front and said to "sue me". My instincts told me not to go with them after they kept calling to get me "signed up". I since have found out that there is an American brand that sells for half the price and does a superior job and has been around for many years. Dont make a twenty thousand dollar mistake. This company is full of deception and not registered in my state as a franchise or a business opportunity.
