Ripoff Deceptive business practices, Failure to send rebate

I sent the rebate in as directed, within the timeframe that they allowed. The offer was valid 1/13/06 to 2/28/06, with 30 days from the date of purchase.
I purchased on 2/19/06 and sent the rebate on 3/17/06 postage notification. Biostar neglected to send the rebate check out, with no explanation. I have contacted them numerous times and they said that it would be sent out on Friday each time.

The rebate allowance is 10-12 weeks and they are still not sending the check after the promises.

I sent the original UPC code as well as the copy of the reciept, postal notification. I have copies of all the documents that were sent.
