Mags On The Net
Ripoff, Scam, Cheater, Liar, FRAUD!

Internet & Web

On July 12, I made a purchase on Magsonthenet.com for Instyle magazine. I ordered 3 year subscriptions for approximately $51.95. The expiration date should have been summer 2008. However, in March, when I received the issues, the expiration dates was 8.

After several emails and no replies, I finally called them. The customer representative said she would contact the publisher and tell them to change the expiration dates. Then she told me that I should notice the change within 2-3 issues. However, after receiving 3 issues after that phone call, they still have not changed the expiration dates!

Magsonthenet will NOT respond to emails no matter what. Their customer services are a joke and nonexistent! After several phone calls saying to call back because they are "closed" at 1pm or 4pm, I decided that there must be something shady going on. After all, I'm not going to spend $50 for 1 year subscriptions when I have CLEARLY paid for 3 years subscriptions.

Yes I still saved the order confirmation emails and I would be more than willing to dispute these charges against Magsonthenet if it's necessary to get my money back. They have really bad reviews on - . Now that the subscription has expired with 2 more years that Mags on the Net owe me, I'm not going to renew them until Magsonthenet FIX the problems and change the expiration dates to August!!
