Replicabags.org is the biggest ripoff! Don't buy from them. You will not get anything!

I ordered a $99.00 purse off their website, replicabags.org. It has now been 2 months and I have not received a thing. I have been emailing a man named Simon who keeps making excuses as to why the order has not been filled. He is very polite, but has 1 million excuses! I even used Paypal to pay for my bag.
His last excuse was they are now having to charge for shipping. Although, their website still says "Free Shipping Worldwide"...

Sure it's free shipping, cause you WON'T GET A THING!
They need to be taken off the internet. I'm sure he has scammed money off lots of people. I'm going to go through PayPal and see if they can do anything.
