Hello,

I am Kevin, CEO (ROR redacted link and name for security purposes)

I contacted Sean Percival to create an a Myspace.com marketing program for our new product called StimX. Sean was paid $1,050 in upfront fees for services to be rendered via check.

After the check was cashed almost all communications ceased to exist. I would get a reply once in a while with a projected start date that would never be hit. Needless to say, I was quite tired of this unprofessionalism. I then decided to approach another company in the same services field. Within one day they had or marketing program up and running. So what did I do?

I sent an email to Sean requesting a refund since NO services had been started for our account. Within minutes of that email I received a quick reply stating The service is non refundable. Now let me go on the record that no where in our invoice or contract did it state anywhere that the service was non refundable. Especially since the service had not yet begun. I send him one email back stating that this is unacceptable and will be turned over to collections.

WHAT DID HE DO? And this is the icing on the cake.

Paragonhosting.com blocks our email address and IP addresses from viewing his site. So now after he has accepted our money and denied us a refund Sean Percival cuts off all forms of possible communications with our company.

Now is this a company that you want to do business with? Of course my problems will get settled in court, but is this hassle really worth it?
