Abuse@bigpipe.com does nothing about fraud

Weeks turn into months and nothing is done about obvious fraud fake escrow - shippers robbing and attempting to rob users of ebay. Ya know, bigpipe is getting paid for this fraud and in a just world the police would just drive over and unplug their servers. Customer service said they would pass it again to abuse and up the line to operations manager. But no reply from abuse and obvious fraud continues. I can't make a listing on ebay or craigslist with a deluge of false offers trying to steal my stuff or steal my money.
