Misleading Rip Off World-Wide

I had ordered Think All's free CD with 4 software packages. I Skimed through the terms of agreements (writen in lawyer jargon) and accepted the shipping and handeling fees.

About a month later I openned my credit card statement and found that I had been charged $49.90. I looked at the description and learned that it was thinkall.com.

I called them up and request that these charges be reversed. I was unable to get any further than the usual, "Mam, you agreed to the terms and agreement."

Their website is very misleading. I was furious. Don't every buy anything from their website. It is a rip off.
